The biscuit forming machine is the main equipment in producing biscuit. This type of machine can make all kinds of different varieties and difformity of tough biscuit, such as sweet biscuit\salty biscuit\soda biscuit\style biscuit and super pancake and so on.
The type of machine carries on the interlayer machine, through the first, than second to third roller, separates three time to press the flour flan as 0.1-8 mm super thin flour flan, then using the moulage print out the flower pattern connecting biscuit on the flour flan, cut the shaped of biscuit, send the biscuit to oven at last. The remanent material through the return conveyor returns to the Dough laminator to roll and press again.
In order to suit the producing techniques demand, the forming machine can select some of assistant machine to fit, such as egg brush machine\sugar/salt sprinkler and egg spray machine like this way can increase varieties of biscuit as well as improve its class.
