R-Type Pendulum Pulverizer Mineral Mining Grinding Mill

Technological Process
The raw material are crush into small pieces by jaw crusher, and then the bucket elevator convey the material to the raw material storage hopper, after that the material would be transport evenly and continuously to the mill by electromagnetic vibrating feeder. After grinding the powder would be brought out by the circulating air flow in the blower and delivered to the separator above the mill to separate. Qualified fineness powder would enter into the cyclone dust collector with air flow, and then discharge from the powder exit after it was collector. The wind flow into blower through return duct above big cyclone collector, the whole wind path system are closed and circulating and most of wind flow under the condition of negative pressure.
The moisture contained in the raw material would be evaporated during milling process, and the air leaks into wind pipe under effect of negative pressure, all the factors could result increasing of wind flow in the circulating wind trunk. Excessive wind would be lead in the bag filter via excess wind pipe between blower and mill. The certain amount of powder flow with wind are collected via dust collector and discharged through another powder exit while air is released into atmosphere by draught fan via the exhaust pipe.

 

 

Structural Characteristics
1. The pulverizer has the advantages of small space occupation, and the whole plant can complete the whole process independently form massive raw material to packing of finished goods with high completing set feature. 
2. The finished products mill by pendulum pulverizer have the high screening rate about 99%, this make it become the first one in all of pulverizer and no one can surpass it .
3. The material are fed by electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly ,it has the advantages of adjusting easily, small space occupation, light weight and lower oil and power consumption and convenient maintenance.
 4. The electric device adopt the centralized control system, it can be unmanned operated in the mainframe room.
 5. The mainframe conveyor adopt closed reducer to ensure stable conveying, credible running and non leakage of oil .
 6. The relieving tool post of mainframe are always contact with material when it is running, so the relieving tool post composed of two parts for the upper  and down, and if the down part damage, it can be replaced by removing the connecting bolts.
