Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher
The combining of high performance crushing cavity type and high crushing frequency improve its processing capacity greatly. In addition, it adopts laminated principle so that most of the crushing products are cubic structure, which reduces needle and flake materials to utmost extent.
It adopts complete hydraulic operation, which is convenient to use and easy to realize automation, so that its reliability and service life are improved greatly.
Simple structure is convenient to operate and maintain. The adjustment of discharging opening is convenient and fast so that time and labor are saved when examine. Especially, liner plate is easy to be replaced quickly, which reduces the stopping time.
It has the features of reliable performance and convenient operation.
Because of adopting optimized design and hydraulic protection, fault rate is lowered greatly. In normal operation condition, its non-fault rate will exceed 85%.
Principal technical data:
1. The processing capacity indicated in the table depends on the factors of feed size, crushing cavity type, material density, material cleanliness, and water content etc.
2. This minimum discharging opening is the minimum discharging opening which is realized without leading bearing to jump, which is related to materials. This discharging opening is changeable.
3. The parameter of processing capacity is gained under the condition of open flow, compressive strength 1400 Mpa-150 Mpa, water no more than 4%, even feed, large and small material size no more than 10% and motor load in 85%-90% of full load.
4. In models there are four numbers. The front two refers to 1/100 of crushing cone diameter and the back two refers to 1/10 of discharging opening size on open edge.
