SCBL series cube-sand-maker is developed by our company. It is suit for cutting all kinds of rock material which compression strength less than 300MPa into cubes. According to different needs, the rotor speed and the electrical power can be arbitrary chosen. Some parts of SCBL series and SX series are universal, so the SCBL series can be remodeled into SX series easily.
CONSTRUCTIONS
SCBL cube-sand-maker is composed of feeding pipe, shaft, rotor and motor. Air-cycle unit is assembled on two sides of feeding port, which can prevent dust from discharging outside. The rotor going round and round at a high speed produce less noise and vibration. Because we select special material, life of the rotor is prolonged.
